Salve, in data 15/4/21 ho fatto la mia prima registrazione a Binance, con alcune difficoltà ho passato la validazione dell"identità, ed ho fatto un deposito di 250€ in Eth tramite la mia carta Hype.
La transazione per voi non è andata a buon fine ma i soldi sul conto sono stati bloccati, ho scritto nella vs. chat ma nessuno mi ha risposto, ed oggi mi è stato detto che la validazione facciale non è passata, ho riprovato più volte sia da Pc che da telefono ma non funziona. Mi rassegno volentieri a non utilizzare la vs piattaforma e a continuare con le altre, dove non ho problemi, ma mi dispiace e vorrei cmq sbloccare i miei soldi.

I don"t have the means of communicating with a representative directly by chat or by call... I was called by someone who had the means to do that, which I cannot with them... They came across very rude and demanding when I had told them I didn"t have the time to call them in the moment and they tried to persuade me I did (I even told them I was anticipating a call from elsewhere, but they insisted that they had every right to take up my time and energy, when I was adamant I could only spend it the way I offered). Such as the fact I now I have the time to complain about "Mike" right now, when we could have rescheduled and not have to have given each other a cold heart and/or mind within the day.
If you provided the means of communicating with you directly, it is likely you wouldn"t perhaps have to see this go public...
So two things:
1. Mike came off as a superficial and unusual dick.
2. Provide customers (potential or otherwise) with the means to directly communicate with people that represent this company properly, as opposed to sloppily like Mike did ( #don"tbelikeMike )

I have a emails from a binance email [email protected]rnational securities and exchange department asking informing I have to pay in to my account Money frist to show am not money laundering then insurance money to cover what I had in there I had exchanged money I had traded on a company called global-solutions.io steer clear something not right here. I was told once these all go in I can with draw all my cash back plus my trading money -2% with I did as had emails to say I did then I get a phone call from blockchain a USA Number Washington DC telling me my account has been hand over to them they were the tax department in blockchain. I emailed the above email to say is it true they handed it over and they confirmed they I asked why and was told if blockchain asked they get because of they power, I said I haven’t given you my consent they said they didn’t need it. Back to blockchain tax department had a few calls from them explaining I had to put in another large amount of money because tax hadn’t been paid on my trade money so reluctantly I did because now I was already in for £3300 to show I was not money laundering them £4200 insurance money now £7362 into my binance account then that would sort the tax out after I did that I could draw out all the money I put in plus my trading profit I had notification from binance say the payment was successful he told me he could see it was but there was a problem with verification so I would have to send the same amount again at this point the penny dropped I thought this is not right I can’t see any money in my wallet . I need you really to confirm this is not how you do things and would you just over my account. A lot of people reading this will probably think idiot paying in all that money and they would be right . What started out for me as a little go on the market has turned out to be a nightmare am just under £15000 down my advice for any one reading this never sign up to one of those webinars you see on social media am 60 technology is not my thing which doesn’t help. I have disabled my account and would appreciate some ones help in binance to confirm any of the above to be there practices I don’t think so deep down my gut feeling is am been scammed and please stay clear of global-solutions.io am sure this is we’re this mass starts from.

muss man ein Formular ausfüllen:
In diesem Formular ist das Feld "Transaktionsdatum" geblockt, man kann weder ein Datum reinschreiben, als auch Datum auswählen. Deswegen gelangt man nicht auf die nachfolgende Seite und kann auch nicht nachschauen, worin das Problem liegt.
Ihre Kommunikation treibt mich in den Wahnsinn, Sie haben weder eine Hotline, noch kann man das Problem sauber per E-Mail mit Bildern an Ihre Hotline schicken.

Risulta il mio conto aperto però non mi permette di versare i soldi sul conto in nessun modo, ne tramite bonifico ne tramite carta, dice che la politica interna di Binance non lo consente.
Vorrei usare la vostra piattaforma per comprare e tardare crypto. Per favore mi volete spiegare dove sta il problema è come risolverlo. Grazie.

Warnung
Ich wurde vor zirka 3 Wochen angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich ein Guthaben in Höhe von 88.000 Dollar bei Binance durch Option888 auf einem gesperrten Binance Account habe.
Ich erlaubte dem Mitarbeiter über anydesk auf meinen Computer zuzugreifen.
Darauf sandte er mir Dokumente und das letzte erhielt eine Zahlungsaufforderung.
Der bin ich natürlich nicht nachgekommen. Anschließend bekam ich es mit der Angst zu tun, dass eventuell Spyware installiert wurde und daraufhin habe ich den Computer bereinigen lassen und anschließend neu installiert.
Gerne sende ich Ihnen die Schreiben und bitte warnen Sie ihre User.

My account was hacked this morning at 8am, All I want is notification that transactions have been stopped and the return of my account.
When an alert came through at 8am I got online to report this activity. You need a hot line for stolen accounts so that nothing can be accessed.
I am waitng for support to get back to me .

es imposible contactar con asistencia cuando no tienes acceso a tu cuenta , en parte agradesco no haber hecho ingresos en binance porque si no me estaria volviendo loco , desde hace varios meses estoy intentando recuperar dos cuentas que tenia con ustedes una con mi numero movil de españa y otra con mi corre y si no me equivoco numero de argentina , pero tengo meses intentando recuperar las cuentas y no he podido hacerlo
